Debbie has been a cornerstone of Fortified Insurance Agency since 2013, serving as our Administrative Manager with warmth, efficiency, and over 30 years of industry experience. She provides essential support to both our Commercial and Personal Lines departments—handling mailings, answering phones, processing customer payments, and yes, making those friendly reminder calls to help ensure policies don’t cancel due to missed payments. She’s just looking out for you—so don’t shoot the messenger!
Debbie’s insurance background spans both agency and carrier roles, including time as a Customer Service Representative and Personal Lines Underwriter with Travelers Insurance Company and Concord Group Insurance Company—two of our trusted carrier partners.
Originally from New York, Debbie relocated to New Hampshire 35 years ago when her husband was stationed at Pease Air Force Base in Portsmouth. She quickly fell in love with the Granite State and its four distinct seasons—especially winter, which remains her favorite.
Outside the office, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, gardening, attending live concerts, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and boating on beautiful Squam Lake.
