Catherine joined Fortified Insurance Agency in December 2019, bringing with her over two decades of insurance expertise. Originally from Cornish, New Hampshire, she now resides in Hickory NC, where she works remotely.
Catherine began her insurance career in 2002 at McCrillis & Eldredge Insurance in Newport, NH, while raising her three children. Over the years, she has deepened her industry knowledge and earned her Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation. Her commitment to client service and education is evident in every interaction.
Specializing in Personal Lines insurance, Catherine is known for her thoughtful approach and ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships with her clients. She takes the time to understand each individual’s unique needs and excels at guiding them through their coverage options with clarity and care.
Outside of work, Catherine enjoys an active lifestyle filled with hiking, golfing, kayaking, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves escaping to tropical beaches whenever she gets the chance.
