Carla Bonanno has been a valued member of Team Fortified since 2014, bringing more than 30 years of insurance industry experience to her role. As Personal Lines Manager, Carla not only serves as a trusted advisor to our clients but also leads and mentors our Account Manager team, sharing her deep expertise and commitment to excellence.
With a strong focus on client service, Carla specializes in supporting existing policyholders—whether it’s answering coverage questions, providing alternative quotes at renewal, or assisting with new coverage requests. Her extensive background includes roles at Amica and, most recently, Appletree Insurance Agency in Windham, NH. Carla’s early career in claims departments has given her a sharp eye for coverage details and a unique ability to guide clients through complex claims scenarios with clarity and confidence.
Originally from Massachusetts, Carla has proudly called New Hampshire home for the past 22 years. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through regular workouts and spending quality time with her family along the beautiful coast of Maine.
