As of June 2021, the Fortified Insurance Agency office is now open to clients in light of the State’s and CDC’s recent guidance on social distancing and in person contact. Each staff member does have plexiglass screens on their desk and we will likely continue to use those protective barriers indefinitely. Please note that not all of our staff are vaccinated and anyone entering the office should wear a mask and take protective measures if they feel that is appropriate. Due to privacy laws, we are not at liberty to disclose which staff members are vaccinated or not. If you are not vaccinated, we kindly ask you to use a mask. We look forward to seeing you again in person!
But please do keep in mind that if COVID begins to make a comeback, we will follow the State’s and CDC”s guidelines and close the office to outside clients and shift to remote staffing. This will be done to protect both clients and staff alike.
The positives…COVID did bring about increased flexibility with being able to offer our clients electronic signing abilities, better online meeting platforms, and increased flexibility for staff to work remote. We will continue to use all of these positive developments to continue to improve our client experiences with doing business with Fortified Insurance Agency.
