Commercial Lines Account Manager
Wendy Viola has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years working in independent agencies. Wendy joined our team in June 2020 and most recently worked at Cross Insurance in western Massachusetts. She started her career as a personal lines agent and moved into commercial lines several years ago. She has obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation as well as her Certified Commercial Lines Professional designation.
Wendy has spent her whole life living in the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts and has recently relocated to the area to be closer to family. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, going to flea markets (especially Brimfield), and traveling.
