Personal Lines Account Manager
With a career in the insurance industry beginning in the summer of 1994, her experience spans underwriting, personal lines, commercial lines, and agency leadership. She started as a file clerk at North American Specialty (NAS), and following the company’s acquisition by Travelers later that year, she was promoted to Assistant Underwriter in the Personal Lines Small Group Department. She spent four years with Travelers, developing a strong foundation in underwriting and agency relations.
When Travelers relocated the Small Group division to Fall River, MA in 1998, one of the agents she supported—Sadler Insurance Agency—invited her to join their team. She earned her insurance license that same year and spent two years as a Personal Lines agent before being recruited by another long‑standing agency partner, New England Risk Management.
She joined New England Risk Management as Customer Service Manager and Insurance Agent, a role she held for 25 years while helping the agency grow and maintain strong client relationships. In 2024, New England Risk merged with Fortified Insurance, where she continues to serve clients with the same dedication and expertise.
She resides in Manchester with her husband and their cats. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending as many live music events as possible.
