Commercial Lines Account Manager
Heidi Boylan joined Fortified Insurance Agency in July 2025 as our newest Commercial Account Manager, bringing a dynamic blend of experience and enthusiasm to our business insurance team. She works closely with the Fortified Account Manager team to support commercial clients to manage and tailor insurance programs that meet their evolving needs.
With over three years of experience in commercial insurance, Heidi brings a dynamic and well-rounded background to Fortified Insurance Agency. Prior to entering the insurance industry, she spent more than two decades in retail as a visual merchandiser, sales leader, and marketing and management professional—developing a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
Heidi also spent 13 years in hotel hospitality, serving in a variety of roles including managing a Housekeeping Department, Administrative support for the Engineering Department, and coordinating banquet functions during the holidays. As part of a well-rounded management team, she even stepped in as PM Property Security Manager when needed—demonstrating flexibility, leadership, and a deep understanding of operational excellence.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending quality time with family, especially with two beloved grandchildren. Whether cheering on kids at sporting events, biking along scenic rail trails, camping at Old Orchard Beach, or soaking in sunrises and sunsets by the ocean, she finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. A fan of baseball games, musical theater, and sunny outdoor days, she once even raced a car at Hudson Speedway during a Fourth of July celebration—a fun memory that reflects her adventurous spirit.
