Personal Lines Processor
Her career began at AAA immediately after high school, where she spent 11 years in a variety of roles. She first worked in the Emergency Road Service department as a call taker and dispatcher, then advanced to serve as secretary to the Director of Road Service and assistant to field personnel. She later became secretary to the Director of AAA before the company restructured and eliminated several departments.
She went on to work for Gary Wallace, supporting the sale of life insurance products for approximately a year and a half before stepping away from the workforce to raise her second child. After nine years at home, she returned to the insurance industry and joined New England Risk Management, where she built a long and successful 28‑year career as an insurance agent.
In 2024, New England Risk merged with Fortified Insurance, where she continues to serve clients with the same dedication and expertise. She now serves as an Agent/Processor with Fortified Insurance Agency.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family—especially her grandchildren—whether they’re playing outside, doing crafts, enjoying games and sports, or hunting for bugs. She also loves golfing and exploring new places.
